well-equipped kitchen has gas oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer.
The back door leads to the enclosed garden and to the outside stairs to
the terrace.
The
dining room/ sitting room has tables and chairs for use off-season and
an open fire.
The
bathroom has a bath/shower, bidet and sink. The washing machine is in
one corner. The lavatory is in its own tiled room under the stairs.
The
door at the top of the stairwell opens onto the spacious upstairs lounge.
It has a sofa bed, English TV and video recorder. All three bedrooms open
off this lounge. The main bedroom has a king size bed and ceiling fan.
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and ceiling fan. The 3rd bedroom has
two sets of full sized bunk beds. |

windows lead from the upstairs lounge onto the large, south facing terrace.
The views are wonderful and there are plenty of tables and chairs including
sun loungers. Outside steps lead down to the kitchen.
Underneath
the terrace is a very large secure garage. There is a Weber kettle
barbecue and assorted beach equipment.

Rodès. Has an épicerie and post office, a crêperie
and a snack shop selling bread, chips etc. Vinça. 2 mins drive
away. Has a bank, various shops, a lake/reservoir which has a supervised
beach in season. Beaches. Very easy 35 min drive to Canet plage,
with wonderful stretches of sandy beach and warm sea. From unbuilt up areas
to all usual facilities from Aqualand to boat hire and beach trampolines.
Spain. 45 min drive to Spanish border. Spanish pottery and Rioja
on sale at good prices. Dali museum at Figères and other historical
sites. Andorra. Tax free shopping 2 hours drive away- good day trip
if you have specific things to buy, or if you just like shopping!! Many
wonderful Cathar castles to see and the fortress town of Villefranche
de Conflent. |
