| Villa Bellevue has been beautifully restored
from the original stone farmhouse and barn and still boasts many of the
original features, such as the exposed oak beams. Indeed, the dining area
is separated from the living area by the original cattle feeders and the
stone drinking troughs now hold plants and a cactus garden. |

Sleeping accommodation is in two distinct wings separated
by what was the huge old barn, but now houses the social space. This comprises
a large lounge, dining area and kitchen plus mezzanine television and
table tennis areas. This makes the property ideal for couples, individuals
or families that wish to holiday together but still have plenty of breathing
space. |

| The sleeping accommodation is found in two wings,
one to the east and one to the west of the central living area. There is
also a travel cot available at the villa. |

| This comprises of 2 double bedrooms, one facing south and
featuring an original stone hearth and a door to the garden. The other has
a wash hand basin and large walk in cupboard. There is a separate bathroom
and WC on this level. A 3rd bedroom is accessed by a stair leading from
the landing of the west wing. This is a large attic bedroom and has three
singe beds with windows to the west and east. It is ideally suited for children
and has a TV/video player with a large selection of childrens' videos. There
is a shower room/WC on this level. |
This comprises of a large double bedroom with wood burning
stove and French windows to the garden. A stair leading from this room gives access to the remaining double bedroom.

Outdoors Bellevue has a large cultivated garden.
The pool and adjoining patio are towards the south of the garden with
excellent views across the valley. The pool now has a fence around it
in order to comply with French legislation. The garden also has a small
stone structure which houses an old well. This is securely padlocked.
There is a second patio near to the house and this is large enough for
comfortable al fresco eating. Garden furniture is provided which includes
loungers, dining table and chairs, sun parasol and charcoal barbecue.
Garden games include Croquet, skittles and a children's trampoline. |

| The property is accessed from the D106 which
runs between Bertric-Burée and Allemans. There is a
short drive flanked by fruit trees and you then pass through stone gate
pillars to be greeted by your first view of the south facing garden and
pool, with the valley and sunflower fields beyond. The farmhouse is on your
right and there is ample room for car parking to the side. Details of local amenities as well as local restaurants are included in an information folder at the villa. Baby sitting can sometimes be arranged locally and details of this are included in the information folder. |

| All
prices are per week Saturday to Saturday, arriving after 4pm and departing
by 10am. Linen and towels - 10 euros per person per week (paid locally on
arrival). Cleaning for a one week stay is 80 euros (paid locally on arrival).
For a two week stay the charge is 130 euros (paid locally on arrival), which
includes a mid stay clean. A deposit of 20% is required on booking. The
balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival date, together with a £250
returnable damage deposit. |
