We are ideally situated in the Pays de la Loire region, on the border, between two departments - Sarthe(72) and Mayenne(53).
We have two separate properties, one large house 'La Grande Triponiere' and the smaller house 'La Petite Triponiere'. We also have a new swimming pool.
Set within six acres of our own land and completely surrounded by stunningly beautiful forest, we can guarantee that you will have the most peaceful and tranquil time whilst here with us. On a clear night the only light you will see is that of millions of stars you will not see in a small town or village. Add to this the fact that we are extremely close to the major towns of Le Mans and Laval, and we think you'll agree, Charnie Forest Gites offers an all round great retreat for you and your family.
La Grande Triponnière offers a large lounge/diner/kitchen and four double bedrooms (2 twin bedded, 2 double bedded). One of these is on the ground floor.
There is a mezzanine lounge with double futon bed, a luxury bathroom with corner bath and walk-in shower, WCs on both floors, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, hi-fi, English TV & DVD, electric heating and wood burning stove. To the rear of the property there is a private terrace with patio table and chairs. The gite sleeps a maximum of 12 people.

The mezzanine lounge has a double futon bed, a bathroom with shower above bath & WC, a ground floor WC, dishwasher,washing machine, tumble dryer, hi-fi, English and French TV & DVD. The gite sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
The pool
We are 25mins from the major city of Le Mans, and about 40 mins
away from Laval. Our nearest town is Sille le Guillaume
which has shops, a chateau, a lake with water sport facilities and a beach.
It is about 15mins from us.
Other places of interest nearby are St. Suzanne, a fortified town, and Jublains which has Roman baths.
Our village is Neuvillette en Charnie, which is about 4 kms away.
