The property is a detached modern house in a cul-de-sac, in a pleasant and quiet residential area.
Choose between a light, comfortable studio (sleeping up to 4) or a pleasantly spacious apartment (sleeping up to 6, with children). You'll be delighted by the size, airiness and general pleasure that your independent holiday home will give you.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size double bed, the other with a double sofa-bed (the more comfortable type) and a bunk bed on request, 2 wash / shower / WCs, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom. A comfortable fold-up bed is also available. TV & video are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, a quad gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a spacious living / dining area.
The Studio has an equally comfy double sofa-bed plus a bunk bed or single fold up bed on request (quite welcome, even for a couple, when the temperatures get really hot!), a kitchenette with double electric hob, microwave / grill oven, 'fridge, kettle, toaster, etc. There is an en-suite wash / shower / toilet. As in the apartment, TV and video are provided and both studio & apartment have DVD.
The generous furnished terraces are private, equipped with roller blinds, and thus afford protection from the sun for early morning breakfast, comfortable al fresco meals, or afternoon siestas. Both the apartment & studio are equipped with mobile fans, providing a gentle breeze on hot windless days (it's surprising how many people who come here don't go out much: they seem to like to bask in the peaceful comfort, away from the crowds).Each has its own barbecue and outdoor showers, to get all that salt and sand off your equipment and yourselves after returning from the beach, or just to cool down while sunning on the terrace or in the garden.The studio and apartment can interconnect around a common living area, thus providing ample accommodation for an extended family and / or friends (up to 10 people). All the furniture is easily moved around, to accommodate different configurations and tastes.
