Set on a hill, amidst 40 acres of woods and farmland, the villas and gites overlook a lovely valley surrounding a large fishing lake.

Here you can enjoy the calm of the rural landscape, breathe in the clean air and smell the earth and the aromatic plants.

From Fouyssac, at night, you can see the medieval church tower of Montjoi lit up on its hilltop and catch the gentle chiming of its bells.

Les Cedres Villa 4 Large Double Beds - Sleeps 8+	The Hameau de Fouyssac has a good-sized swimming pool measuring 13m x 7m. There are a variety of games available to guests in our barn, including table tennis and billiards (large & small) and basketball. Additionally there are boules and plenty of space for children to play and let off steam. The Hameau de Fouyssac is just 1.2kms from the small village of St.Maurin with its 12th century Abbey, a bar & restaurant overlooking the village square and a small shop catering for all the essential items. There are stables nearby, tennis courts in the village, golf at Agen and canoeing near Cahors. The villas are close to many bastide towns and villages - from Fouyssac you can see the medieval church at Montjoi lit up on its hillside at night - it is excellent walking, cycling or riding country with golf, tennis and many other pursuits all within easy reach. The area has excellent local food markets, not to mention the very finest regional wine. There are lots of bric-a-brac shops and antique markets interspersed in the peaceful countryside with its rich abundance of birds and wildlife. For children there is the Parc-Walibi adventure park at Agen and nearby lakeside swimming, boating and other activities.

We are within easy reach of Agen, Moissac, Toulouse, Bergerac, Bordeaux and Carcassonne.
