Les Landous

A detached stone farmhouse in the Aveyron (Massif Central)

Les Landous is located in the South West of France in the Midi Pyrenees. This beautiful area with its gorges and breathtaking views, is one of the most unspoilt areas of France. The region is furrowed by the rivers Lot, Aveyron, Viaur as well as by numerous other rivulets and streams.

The farmhouse is in traditional French style, set in its own grounds. The village of La Fouillade with shops and bank is within walking distance of the house.

There are seven bedrooms, two double bedrooms, one twin, one twin bunk beds, one triple and two singles, we can offer a cot and high chair if notified in advance.

There are two full bathrooms and one shower room with WC.

The well-equipped kitchen has gas oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Downstairs is a well equipped gymnasium.

There are two large sitting rooms one with an inglenook fire place and wood burning stove for those chilly evenings in autumn, adjacent to this there is a large dining room with a large table and chairs.

Outside there is a large paved area with Bar-B-Que, table, parasol and sunloungers. The swimming pool is 5m x 10m with a deep end of 2.5m.
