The master bedroom has a double bed, and is south facing, to catch the morning sun. It has original terracotta tiles on the floor. The second bedroom has two single beds, and would be ideal for children. The room looks out over the swimming pool and the view.
The bathroom has a corner bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and washbasin.
The washing machine is also in this room.
The kitchen and living area is open plan, with large patio windows looking out over the pool and view. There is a double sofa bed, TV and VCR. Videos are available on request. The kitchen has ample cupboard space below, and wide shelves above, to allow plenty of storage space.It has all modern conveniences, including dishwasher and microwave. There is a dining table with four chairs.
Through the patio windows is the private patio, with BBQ and patio furniture. From here, it is only a few steps to the swimming pool. The pool is 9 metres by 4 metres, with a reasonably shallow deep end, and is not suitable for diving. It is fully fenced with a lockable gate to prevent small children and animals from straying into it. The wonderful views of the valley are visible at all times from the water. The pool is screened from the main house for maximum privacy. Roman steps lead into it, and are a perfect place to sit on a hot day with a glass of wine and watch the fabulous summer sunsets, which are also visible from the patio.
There is also a private lawned area, ideal for children to play on. The rest of the garden is gravelled, and free for guests to wander around, but it is not private as it is shared with the owners.

The village of Belbèze is very peaceful, and this is a perfect
place to come for a relaxing holiday to get away from all the stresses
and strains of life.
The gite is in the French Region of Midi-Pyrenees, in the Departement of Tarn-et-Garonne, which is largely unexplored by tourists yet is rich in history. Many of the local attractions celebrate this history, which stretches from pre-historic times, through the Roman era to the Cathars and the Moors. There are also more modern attractions, which include the much-renowned Space Centre at Toulouse.
Belbèze is easily accessible from Toulouse Airport (BMI Baby, BA, EasyJet etc!), and also from the ferry ports and Channel Tunnel in the North. Please ask us for directions when you book.
