Our house is situated above the tranquil village of Doussard, overlooking Lake Annency and the mountains, offering a superb base to explore a wide range of outdoor activities or just relax.

house is about a 10 min. drive from the old town of Annecy with
its picturesque canals, buzzing restaurants, stylish bars and relaxed
shopping and just a stone throw away from numerous sights with chateaux,
old churches and historic buildings in the mountains around the lake.

The villa has an open plan living/dining room with open fire and offers a generous 105 square metres of living space.
The chalet offers 3 bedrooms, with 2 double beds and 2 single beds.
The
kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and a washing machine to take the
chores out of your holiday.
Throughout there is tasteful, quality furnishing.
Outside there is a garage and private car parking for the exclusive use of guests.
The large 1500 sqm garden is landscaped with fruit trees.
There is a village shop within walking distance and the local suparmarket is 5 minutes by car.

Local Activities
1.
Check the period you like to book and e-mail us with the dates required
and your preferred contact details.
2. We will respond to confirm availability, price and a rental agreement.
3. Return the signed rental agreement and send deposit to secure booking.
4. We confirm your booking.
5. Send us the rental balance (total rental charge - deposit) at least
four weeks before rental period starts.
6. We provide you with details on how to get there and where to pick-up
keys.
Please note that we do not release keys to the house unless we received
the full rental amount in advance.
The Deposit:
bookings
up to three months before rental period = 25% of rental charge
bookings up to one month before rental period = 50% of rental charge
bookings less than one month before rental period = 100% of rental charge
